Historical Timeline of Vila Helenka
Vila Helenka is built by architect Alois Korda as a private residence for his family. Inspired by the flourishing Art Nouveau movement, the villa becomes a statement of modern elegance and architectural innovation.

Academic painter František Kobliha designs the façade, adorning it with floral frescoes, a sculpted angel, and a decorative sundial — establishing Helenka as a standout example of Prague’s Art Nouveau.

Throughout the changing political and social tides of the 20th century, the villa remains a hidden gem, its original features preserved beneath time’s patina.

A meticulous and sensitive reconstruction is led by a renowned Italian architect. The villa’s original artistic details are restored, and modern elements such as an elevator, technical infrastructure, and a luxurious attic duplex are added.

Now fully renovated, Vila Helenka stands as one of Prague’s most significant architectural monuments — ready to serve as a prestigious residence, embassy, or exclusive boutique hotel, and offered exclusively through our agency.
